CERL XML Presentation
The following presentation was given by Brandon Parker to the Computational Epidemiology Research group proposing a standardized XML schema for the lab's epidemiology simulation data. The presentation covers an overview of XML and the data storage advantages and disadvantages over binary and CSV storage methods.
